EXTRA GUESTS

The Maximum capacity of the villa is 2 Guests for each bedroom.
Any eventual Extra Guest over the maximum capacity of the villa will be charged according to the updated prices during reservation procedures.

EXTRA BEDS

In our villas not all bedrooms are designed to contain an extra bed.
Mainly our beds and mattresses are king-size and can comfortably sleep three people if necessary, especially if the extra person is a child.
Please let us know your needs during your reservation and we will give you more information about it.

DIVISIBLE BEDS

Not all villas have bedrooms with the feature of divisible beds. Please ask us for more details during the reservation procedure.

CHILDREN IN THE VILLA

All children are very welcome at Minggu Villas, and in case the total of them goes over the maximum capacity of the villa, depending on their age, they will be either accommodated free or at a discounted rate as follows:

Kids aged up to 6: ALWAYS free of charge.
Kids aged 7 to 14: first 2 free of charge; any other charged 50% on the adult rate.
Kids age 15 or over: counted as adults.

WE PROVIDE:

Baby Cot and High Chair: first set free of charge; Extra Charge from the second one.
Pool Fence: Extra Charge depends on the size of the swimming pool.
Baby Sitting: Extra Charge.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

The quotation price is NET and ALL the Taxes and Service Charges are included.

DEPOSIT and BALANCE

To confirm a reservation, a 50% Deposit of the total reservation amount is required, and the Balance needs to be paid at the latest by the time of the Check-In.

HOLD

Holds will start from the moment the Hirer confirms the reservation with the will of payment for the Deposit and the Quotation Invoice will be sent by Minggu Villas.

CONFIRMATION

Reservations will be confirmed once a minimum Deposit of 50% is received by Minggu Villas.

The Deposit must be received within 48 hours (or 24 hours for reservation within 30 days) starting from the moment the Hirer will be provided with the relevant Quotation Invoice and payment instructions for the rental payment.

If the Deposit will not be received as required, the booking will not be finalized, the Hold will be canceled and this rental contract will be deemed void.

The Final Invoice will be sent after the Payment is received by Minggu Villas.

LAST MINUTE BOOKING

In the case of Last-Minute bookings or any time a booking is made 14 working days or less prior to the arrival date, to confirm a reservation 100% of the total reservation amount is required.

SYSTEM PAYMENT

For the payment of rental deposits and balances or any extra services consumed during the stay, Minggu Villas accepts payments made by Credit Card, Bank Transfer or Cash.
Payment by traveler’s cheques or personal cheques will not be accepted.

Online Payments with Link Payment (+3,5% fee)
Payments at the Villa with EDC Card Swipe Machine (+3,0% fee)
Online Payments with PayPal (+5,0% fee)

Bank Transfer

We accept bank transfers in our IDR Indonesian Rupiah or US$ United States Dollar Bank Accounts.
Funds transferred in a different currency than the bank account receiving the currency will be converted by the bank at the rate applicable on the day of payment.
The FULL amount of funds must be transferred and the Hirer will remain liable for payment of all bank fees until payment is received in FULL by Minggu Villas.
Details of bank accounts for the transfer of rental funds will be sent together with the rental invoice.

Cash Payment

Minggu Villas accepts cash banknotes only in IDR Indonesian Rupiah or US$ United States Dollars.
For US Dollar banknotes Minggu Villas accepts ONLY US $100 banknotes, year 2006 or newer, F series or newer, unmarked and in very good condition.

CANCELLATION POLICY

For any Cancellation Request of Confirmed Reservation, Minggu Villas will refund:

100% for Cancellations made within 48 hours (Grace Period).
80% for Cancellations made 61 days or more before the Check-IN day.
50% for Cancellations made between 31 and 60 days before the Check-IN day.
0% for Cancellations made between 1 and 30 days before the Check-IN day.

For any Last-Minute reservation, the Grace Period will not be applied.

An administration fee will be invoiced for any cancellation of the booking after the booking has been confirmed.

Any cancellation policy above is valid only for bookings and payments made directly to Minggu Villas and it is not applicable to any other booking or payment made by the hirer to any external agent or Online Travel Agency (OTA).

Staff working hours

Every day all our beautiful staff, always available for any of your needs, will make sure that everything will be perfect during your stay.

From the housekeeping, maintenance and supervisor staff that will keep the villa in its best shape daily to the concierge and office staff that will organize any activities you might request or will handle promptly any of your necessities, you will have only to spoil yourself.

CONCIERGE & OFFICE STAFF

Every day from 07:00 AM to 00:00 AM, our management is ready on call and will be pleased to handle and organize anything you will require.

HOUSEKEEPING

Every day from 08:00 AM to 16:00 PM (normal shift), a minimum of 2 housekeepers are always available to prepare the Breakfast, serving and cleaning the whole villa.

Over the normal shift, extra hours are available on request and have to be paid separately

MAINTENANCE, POOL & GARDEN

Every day from 07:00 AM to 19:00 PM, several engineering staff take care of any facilities and appliances of the villa making sure its proper functionality to eventually fix everything in the best time.

PRIVATE COOK & WAITERS

Every day available on request and paid separately, they can prepare and serve lunches and dinners at your villa from our Food Service menu, give you Indonesian food cooking classes or eventually help any guest who likes to cook by themselves.

Minggu Villas is a private villas complex and not a hotel. We do guarantee a direct response during working hours after which, not being fully staffed but always trying our best, we invite any guest to contact us for any emergency, but might happen that we will be able to handle any sudden request only on the next day starting directly from 07:00 AM.

VILLA AMENTIES

BEDLINEN & TOWELS

The standard replacement of all bedroom’s bedlinens and towels with clean sets is every 3 days. For any special and sudden urgency extra replacements will be handled at any request.

BATHROOM AMENITIES

In every bathroom, besides several size towels, we also include a rich set of products for the guest use made of 16 different items, some of which are: shampoo, body lotion, dental kit, shaving kit, hairdryer, sleep mask and many more.

KITCHEN AMENITIES

The kitchen is complete with any cutlery, utensils and appliances to prepare any kind of meal, plus a set of basic ingredients such as different kinds of sugar, creamer, salt, pepper, tea and coffee all included for the guest’s use.

EXTRA RULE

The MAIN rule we have is that you MUST enjoy your stay!!!
We trust you will take good care of our villa just like we take great care of all our Guests.

The next are just some little tips about sensitive rules we invite you to follow:

PARTIES, EVENTS, MUSIC and NOISE

Please keep in mind that our policy does not allow you to have parties or make loud noises after 21:00 PM in the respect of the neighborhood and for any event you wish to organize local authorities must be informed. So, in case you are planning to rent this property to gather any event, do not forget to inform us during the reservation procedure to get more information without risking not being allowed after your Check-IN.

EXTERNAL SUPPLIERS

For safety and cleanliness matters, no external suppliers such as catering, event organizers, pool fences, therapists, SPA, decoration or any kind of freelancer are allowed to work in the villa for any purpose and Minggu Villas has to be informed.

We can provide and organize everything you will require by ourselves or with trusted external companies, so, please, do not order anything from outside before your arrival in order to not have to eventually have to cancel it later.

SMOKING & NO SMOKING AREAS

Smoking is forbidden in any closed area and allowed only in open areas. Please always be careful while you smoke to not incur any refund due to cigarette marks on any textile or furniture.
